What is urban fantasy? The definition of urban fantasy means something different to anyone who reads urban fantasy.

For everyone who has questions, urban fantasy is an interesting mix of science fiction, fantasy, romance, romantic suspense, and paranormal. Urban fantasy is not for everyone, and you have to be able to suspend belief for the amount of time it takes to read a book.

Who are we?

Are we the science fiction readers everyone considers "geeky'? Maybe. Do we believe in ghosts, magic, vampires, and werewovles? Maybe Do we think things that go bump in the night might be sexy? Maybe. Do we spend hours staring at book covers trying to find the perfect book to read? Maybe. Can you identify us by what we look like? No. Are we everywhere? Yes. Are we here to stay? Yes.

Why for women?

Why not? There are so many websites out there for men and their interests, women should have a place they can go to get information on their interests. Is this site for all women? Not at all. We are as varied in our reading as we are in real life. What about the men who like urban fantasy? Welcome to the site.
